INSTRUCTIONS on sixteen A4 sheets in an easy-to-follow, step-by-step sequence with illustrations.

These are e-mailed to you after completion of the purchase procedure. You will also get an access code to allow you to visit a photographic construction sequence.

Construction materials are weatherproof timbers and weatherproof plywood.
Construction methodology lends itself to substantial pre-fabrication.
Construction methodology is well within the grasp of the average handyman.
Each Cubby House can be built in 2 modules (3 if really necessary) for ease of construction, storage and transportation.
